We realized the other night we had not shown/told Brayden how Santa gets in the house. Brayden does remember Santa coming to our home last year and saying (down the hall in a booming voice), "Ho, Ho, Ho Merry Christmas!" Believe me...I started believing in Santa. Santa did an amazing job and seeing Brayden's face was priceless. This year, Russ has shown Brayden the chimney. The chimney is the way Santa gets inside our home. Then when Santa steps out of the fireplace, his boots will have soot on them and will leave footprints on the floor, and the magic (glitter) will fall behind him to our Christmas tree. Sounds great to me! He is sooo wide-eyed when we explain all of this to him.

That's so cute! We did the same thing with Beau, but he has decided he doesn't want Santa to come down the chimney. So, I guess we'll leave the front door unlocked Christmas Eve for Santa!
