What can I say, my friends always sickened when I would announce, "I am only 2?? years old." Friend jabs back and forth about age...a synopsis of my fabulous twenties.1. I married Russ when I was 20. What more can I say?
2. I graduated from Hardin Simmons at 22 (The only female Finance Major that semester)
3. We bought our first home when I was 23. Our little home on South 19th...1224 sq.ft. Lots of memories (5 years worth)!
4. Too many ridiculous stories of playing jokes on friends and family...lots of laughter. Too many vacations with lots of adventurous stories and tales that are getting BIGGER each time they are told!
5. Career changes...6 job changes. I am happy were I am at...KTAB-TV.
6. Miscarriages (23 and 25) and the birth of our only child (26), our beautiful Brayden that brings joy to our lives. My goal is to teach him to dream BIG with our Father.
7. The loss of a great man, my grandfather...OT Norris. I was 25.
8. Bunco Babes was formed by Marsha and I was 27 years old. These babes are the most amazing women in Abilene, a collection of all personalities and different backgrounds...but all really know how to have a good time.
9. We bought our second home at the age 0f 29. 2101 S Elmwood where new memories are being made.
10. My tattoo at the age of 29. A tattoo I have been wanting for years.
To the last...My debut of Karri's Confections at 29, by the way there will be a new one posted today of my brother and I.
