I have been avoiding the blog world for a little over a month. I have posted a few things, but not like I should. I will try to be diligent in this for family to keep up with Brayden's activities.
Brayden is very dear to Russ and I. With the upcoming changes in our lives, we will all need prayer. Brayden is on the forefront of our minds and hearts and are extremely sensitive to his questions and needs. This little red-headed kid is so very dear and precious to Russ and I.
This morning after Russ left the house for Dallas, Brayden usually gives him hugs and hi-fives or knuckles, which I think is so cute, Brayden came in the room and said, "Mommy your tummy is cute." I just laughed and he giggled and he got all embarrassed. Kids say some of the most random things, but random is normal in our house...LOL!
Russ and I have discussing sports for Brayden. I am excited about baseball season. I remember always being out at the Wylie baseball fields with my brothers and sister. Spring just screams baseball. I think we have come to the conclusion of waiting one more year for Brayden...it's just rough when your a boy and your birthday is in July!
I have enjoyed working full-time. Brayden has completely benefited this year at St. Johns. We have learned so much about him and he has been given opportunities I sure would not have been able to give him being at home. Mrs. Bergren told me this morning that Brayden is an artist and loves to paint, draw, glue, and color. Russ and I are very aware of his abilities and we have noticed in the evenings how quiet he gets because he gets so focused on his artwork---making sure he does not go outside of the lines while he is coloring.
