Tornadoes!

On Friday, May 14th tornado warnings were being issued for Midland/Odessa and Kermit areas. How many times have you seen this warning and gone back to your mundane tasks? I typically look out the window but carry on with whatever I am doing...(rolling my eyes...now) A little after 2pm I received this text message...YES, during class and YES, I did look at my message during class:

This was NE of Odessa, TX

Sooooo...needless to say I got just a little scared because this is the area I drive back and forth from Odessa to Kermit. At 3:30pm Mr. V, Miss Folger, and I caravan back to Odessa. The expereince was unforgettable because the Weather Channel and Storm Chasers were lined up and down Kermit HWY collecting information, taking pictures, recording video.

Are you asking yourself...if I stopped? You have to ask?? Well of course we stopped...Brayden has to learn:-)
