It is never a dull moment with Brayden...he is always keeping me on my toes and I find myself wondering what he will do next.
Yesterday as I was driving home from work, I was thinking about Brayden's behavior and how much it had improved over the last week...the threat of NO Lego's has a lasting effect on this child...and I told him we would go to McDonald's after I got my much needed haircut. We left the salon and Brayden reminded me of our dinner arrangements...got the Happy Meal with the BOY toy and headed home.
We were sitting at the table and I was asking him about his day, probing him what the letter of the day was, tee ball, etc... and like he does, he announced across the table "I love you Mommy." He always needs kisses and hugs and I have plenty to give. My All American boy climbs up in my lap and I go to pat his bottom and realize...where is your underwear? I asked him and he said with a smile, "I don't know."
I guess we went to school with underwear and he took them off...or he never put underwear on. Either way this morning my child went to school with his underwear on...this I made sure of this morning:-)

Hilarious! One of many precious moments with a boy - they are the best. One evening when Noah was getting undressed I noticed that he had put on his underwear backwards that morning and worn it that way all day. Ouch! His poor little rear end had what amounted to a wedgie. I still love the no underwear better though. LOL! :)
